RPG stands for Role Playing Game. To become a part of this game, join the list, pick a character, then start roleplaying! (For more information on how to roleplay, please go here: How to Roleplay) If you have an email address, and know how to use it, you're eligable to join. It's that simple! Please read this entire page. There's a lot of important information pertaining to the RPG.
First think you have to do is join the list. If you've never been to ONElist before then you need to register your email addy that you would like to use in the game. You can do this by going to http://www.onelist.com, and it's pretty self explainitory from there.

This is a fairly big list. It really started off quickly. Expect to get 30 - 100 emails daily.
If you've never role played before, we'll try to help you as best we can. Just email Jonas or Trina, or the members of the list would be glad to help out.
This RPG has the reputation for being the 2nd "Cats" role play created on ONElist. And the FIRST "Cats" RPG via email webpage! If that really means anything. Almost all the other RPG's branched off from this one. We know there's A LOT out there.
Just remember to always write in third person dialouge. Instead of: "I went to the Junkyard, then I went to see what Mungojerrie was up to." Instead it should be: "Rumpleteazer when to the Junkyard, then she went to see what Mungojerrie was up to."
Below are the characters available and the ones that are taken. So, after you've joined the list, please select an available character that you would like to play, or create your own, and fill out the form below. DO NOT begin playing until you see your character posted on this webpage. That means we have approved the character and you are all set to play. If you don't see it there in a few days, don't freak out! The chances are pretty good that we've recieved your character description. We are both probably busy, and have not had time to put it up. Don't email us a million times, or keep re-sending the form every day! This page will be updated every few days, and sometimes more often. If it's been over a week, then you might want to email us. Sometimes the forms won't be recieved, because Response-O-Matic is having a bad day.
If you would like to create your own character, when choosing a name, avoid creating names that are similar to the main character's names. For example, don't request to play a cat called Bombylina...looks too much like Bombalurina, so we'd probably just ask you to pick another name. Also, PLEASE look at the character forms for available characters. Many people DO ignore it, and it makes it difficult for us to get you playing sooner.
Also, if you want your created character to be related to a character in the musical, that's fine with us, but it still isn't the best thing. Say you wanted to be Rum Tum Tugger's daughter. Well, it would be very unfair for us to approve your character, and all of a sudden Tugger checks his email and finds out he has a daughter! What if he doesn't want a daughter? So, we're going to ask you to take this matter in your own hands. If you want to be related to a certain character, ASK the person playing that character before you subit it to us. Everyone's email address is clearly shown on this page. Once you've got their permission, email us about it, and submit your character.
So, feel free to create your own character. You can only play ONE main character, and as many made up characters as you'd like.
Once we feel everyone is ready, we will start the Jellicle Ball. But when we're not at the Jellicle Ball, everyone can lead their normal cat lives. Every couple of months afterwards, we'll start a new Jellicle Ball. If your cat is chosen by Old Deuteronomy, you have two choices: Drop your cat and choose another character. Or, keep your cat and be reborn, and come back to the tribe, this time younger.
